Symmetrical Schorl Tourmaline with Hyalite and Orthoclase Cluster
This wonderful mineral specimen features impressive black, partially symmetrical schorl tourmaline crystals. The crystals sit on a matrix of beige orthoclase, which is accompanied by sparkling hyalite crystals. Under UV light, the hyalite crystals develop an impressive neon yellow glow, which gives this specimen a special touch.
The dimensions of the specimen are 36 x 32 x 28 mm and it weighs 27 g. Its origin can be traced back to the impressive sites in the Erongo Mountains in Namibia, which are known for their high-quality minerals.
