Phantom Fluorite Muscovite Orthoclase on Schorl Tourmaline
This rare mineral specimen impresses with its fascinating combination of different minerals. At the centre is a phantom-like fluorite crystal formation in transparent green-purple tones. On closer inspection, beautiful phantoms are revealed inside the crystals, which give this specimen its special charm.
The composition is complemented by small white orthoclase crystals and metallically shiny muscovite crystals that are harmoniously distributed over the surface. The entire formation has grown on an elongated, black and white schorl tourmaline, which gives the specimen its characteristic elongated shape.
This exceptional mineral combination comes from the Erongo region of Namibia and offers collectors a unique specimen for their collection.
